Vision and values

At Locking we provide a safe, nurturing and caring environment which allows children to thrive and reach their full potential. We encourage pupils to be curious learners, whilst demonstrating respect for the beliefs and opinions of others. We talk about our Locking school family and how important it is to show kindness and support to everyone.

Locking school is within the heart of a thriving community and we hold many events inviting parents and carers into school to be a part of their child's learning journey. 

Children enjoy coming to school and are proud to reperesent Locking at many wider curriculum events. 

We believe in nurturing the holistic child, supporting them to produce their best yet academically whilst providing varied opportunities to develop their passions and interests through clubs, trips and visits.
