Urgent - Survey for Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 Parents

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have emailed all parents/carers in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 a school survey, to assist us in planning for a possible return to school for these year groups from 1st June at the earliest.

(All subject to future announcements from the Government)

I really need all the surveys completed by Wednesday 20th June at the very latest.

I have additionally placed the survey on our facebook page to assist easy completion.

Can parents/carers of children ONLY in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 complete this survey.
